Normally I don’t have an issue at all every time it goes pretty seamlessly and smooth until this most recent time. I was genuinely confused about something and instead of being nice and explaining it the woman wanted to make sly comments and have a nasty attitude it makes me not want to give them my business any more but maybe she was just having a bad day…took my rating from a 5 star to a 3
