We recently opened an account with this CU since relocating to the area (we were looking for a local CU to bank with). I must say that they are the slowest,most inconvenient, and unfriendly CU I've ever worked with. The remote deposit sucks and hardly works, the online app sucks and needs work, they nickle and dime you for everything which is more indicative of a bank not a CU, and worst of all they put 3-5 day holds on deposits that has cleared our other account almost immediately which leads me to believe this CU is sittin... read more
Horrible bank. DO NOT BANK HERE if you can help it. My card was stolen and they want to charge 20 dollars to replace it. Have to open a new account transfer all funds to new account just to get a free debit card (standard at most banks nationwide). Ridiculousness LOL. This place should be ashamed of themselves, but the do have Great car loan rates hahahahha. Best advice is to bank elsewhere, trust me the fees will make up for the extra .01 percent on your loan in the long run.
