The state of PA uses Money Network for unemployment payouts. As other people have said, there is no way to transfer this money out to a real bank or financial institution. Absolutely predatory institution approved by government. This is fraud.

Elizabeth Baah should be ashamed of herself for the way she is running. This company and the fact that they are continually being hacked. And when you provide them with 90 pages of information proving that you did not make the charges, they will still rule against you and claim that they have evidence. And when you ask for the evidence, they refuse to send it to you and also refuse to let you speak to, whoever is supposedly doing the investigation in fiserve. came here to say these people will trap your money. Haven't been able to transfer funds to another institution or write a check to deposit. Online banking system appears similar to websites from the early 2000s. Automated phone system is as clunky as a junky old beater car. The representatives will hang up on you or loop you endlessly through the automated phone system. I hope these people get shut down.
