came here to say these people will trap your money. Haven't been able to transfer funds to another institution or write a check to deposit. Online banking system appears similar to websites from the early 2000s. Automated phone system is as clunky as a junky old beater car. The representatives will hang up on you or loop you endlessly through the automated phone system. I hope these people get shut down.
Ridiculous how do the scammers get the card before I do. 3rd time in a row this company is the worst horrible service
