Problem resolved but I will not do anymore business as long as person “who knows it all” is not fired. Long time customer lost. While I was refunded full amount of purchase nobody ever said sorry or apologized! Don’t forget I was wronged by being giving 10 karat gold instead of 14 karat gold as I was sold. Money Mizer owed me an apology in my opinion. A simple apology would have went a long way. Customer since 2019. I only wrote this negative review because of the actions of one employee and the failure to say we are sorry!
I have spent thousands of dollars buying merchandise and paying off pawns. I bought natural diamond earrings in 14kt white gold. I discovered one earrings screw on backing was not 14kt gold. It’s was 10kt. I was then given two regular gold backings that do not screw on and I was also given a none gold backing too! I will soon have these earrings tested. Money Money Pawn in Dothan on 231 S is the best pawn shop to go to. The staff is very friendly like family, big selection and they work with you in hard times. Jessie is very professional but yet laid back. She's very attentive and listens to you and tries to get what you need.
