Personally, I really would recommend people steer clear from these predatory people. Specifically one guy who will usually answer the phone, is not to be trusted. Pretty sure he’s the only employee at the company (I’m guessing he must be the lender as well as the owner). This is why they barely answer the phone. The website says that they are open 24 hours a day seven days a week but when you try to call them in the early morning hours, they are not available. It just goes to a voicemail.
The staff is just plain rude. they take your documents, and advertise that they try to get it done in 2 hours and then block your contact number. Even though they show their physical location, no ones there in their offices. Kinda like a scam if you ask me.
