I thought it odd no-one from mmcu was winning a prize saver so enquired about this to mmcu only to be told they no longer offer this service, but they have kept my deposit sat in my prize saver account I have not been offered access to it. I don’t recall being offered my Christmas Saver money last November I deposited. I’m told this year by mmcu they will not be paying a dividend and I didn’t get one last year either. I’m disappointed as I’ve been waiting for an update on their “technical difficulties” and need access to my child benefit money. 4 weeks worth sitting with them. I went to the Lewsey Community Centre this morning and was advised that they are no longer based there. I found that very interesting. I expect a response or telephone call before the end of the week or I will escalate
