Right now it is 7.52 pm, date 31 march,2025 I called queens location , one indian punjabi lady picked up phone told me call back in 10 minutes, I said that's fine, when I called back in 10 mins she again, told me 10 mins after I insisted she asked me. " what do you want" Replied her , I am your customer from last 5 years and took payday loans and installment loans , need help if I changed my employer how it works then, I didn't understand her , rude and very unprofessional
If zero star were an option. Firstly this is the slowest location I’ve ever been too once you make the clerk they make you jump through hoops to cash your on money but have no problem cashing shady cheques from their own people. Do better treat all customers the same and with respect.
