Stay away from this store if you can, go to the dartmouth locations if you have to. The staff here is completely incompetent, rude and have no idea what they are doing. My lawyer couriered a cheque to them to pay my loan off in full and they held onto it for a week in order to keep taking payments from me, then tried to say I never paid them at all while having my cheque behind their desk to pay them in full the whole time. They took a payment from me and then stole 6 days interest from me. I had to escalate this to head off... read more
