Very helpful and they guide you through the process
I've been to this one 4 times already. Everytime I've gone the staff was polite nice they smiled they greeted me. The last time I went the manager helped me(last year). She was very nice she chatted with me and we talked about how ridiculous it was that my bank has cashed my kids school checks several time but that they changed everything and now we're putting holds then releasing my money into my account.
