Slowest place I've ever been too. Always takes me around 30 minutes just to pay a payment because they only have 1 person working the front. She's awesome though but needs help!
Horrible experience for me, took them over an hour and 20 minutes to process my initial application/loan. When I came in to pay it off 2 weeks later the lady told me they couldn't get the safe open and therefor couldn't get me change. I waited for 35 minutes and eventually had to walk away from my change because I couldn't wait anymore, so yes, they still owe me $5.
