I invested 100,000.00 of my retirement savings with money concepts in Del Rio, TX. I was told they would double my money within a certain amount of time. They continued to purchase shares not taking into account the volatility of the market at the time. I don’t think they had the best interest of my account in mind. I lost 36,000 in approximately 3 months before I had them close my account.
I would certainly avoid working with **** *******, account manager in Shelbyville, KY. He does not seem to have had my investment outcome in mind. Recently, he did not follow-through with two separate requests to submit address changes to my account; this is important because I am notified of selling opportunities by mail. Second, he failed to inform me that a holding has lost significant value & that I could take action to try to recoup some of the losses. Whether he is officially a fiduciary or not, I have lost confidence.
