Monet was absolutely incredible. Not only did she capture the birth of my daughter in wildly stunning photos, but her presence was calm, loving and peaceful. I feel so blessed that she was there…. I have since birthed two more babies with Monet documenting and I could not imagine her not being at one of my births. Her talent is a true gift.

Monet is both an amazing support person and talented artist She has exactly the demeanor I was looking for during my recent vbac—strong, steady, knowledgeable guidance when things got hard and also the ability to fade away and let birth unfold. Monet was the birth photographer for the birth of my son, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The photos she captured are absolutely beautiful and perfectly preserve such an important moment in our lives. As a former midwife, Monet was present for many of the births I attended. I want to share my experience with Monet's doula educator training program to help others make an informed decision. I hope this is helpful to anyone considering this program. I enrolled in Birth Becomes You on 2025, which advertised live calls, Zoom meetings, and real-time support as part of the training. I cannot even speak to how amazing Monet is! Both of my births were filled with surprises and unexpected turns and not only did she capture them, but she was a friend, a confidant, an advocate. That is what you are getting with Monet-so much more than just a photographer.
