We have been a customer of Moneris for ten plus years and have had nothing but a great experience. Their customer support is fast, reliable and helpful when we need them and their pricing / invoicing is clear and concise with easily accessible monthly reports.

Horrible company. I would never recommend them, especially if you have a small business. They've already charged me twice for equipment I initially paid for. And getting to the bottom of it is practically impossible. They're either out of business, don't know what's going on, or can't find my payment. Finding out is simply impossible. You'll waste a ton of time and energy. Simply terrible service.

Very ignorant employees, while driving a Moneris driving a company van tried to cut me off by changing lanes in front of me without using his signal so when I didn’t let him in he then flipped me the finger not once but twice with these types of employees you have to wonder what type of company it is!!!

Fees are varied and extra charges imbedded in statements. They want me to pay 260 dollars to return their old equipment after 14 years. Don't get fooled with their fee pitch, you will pay way more in extra charges. Statement are 20 pages long and extremely confusing.

Very disappointed with Moneris. The salesperson initially guided us with completely different information about transaction charges, but once we started using the service, the actual charges were not what was promised. This kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable for any business, especially when small businesses rely on clear and honest pricing.
