Zero Stars. Do not waste your time or money. Karen took my money upfront and then went completely radio silent. She refused to communicate a strategy, showed up unprepared, and pushed a bad plea deal that didn't help me at all. An incredibly unprofessional experience that felt like nothing more than a money grab.
Karen and Steve are awesome at what they do. Great customer service, responds very quickly and very hands on with your case. They helped me a lot and I am satisfied with my outcome. 10/10 highly recommended
