Awful service; they made me lose two weeks, only to be told that they are sorry they didn't understand what they had to do and hadn't filed my taxes, leaving me without time to file them.
It's something that one does each year it's not that exciting you just have to do it or the gouvernement will come after you... you can't get away from the government!!!
The employee I spoke to was short and snippy with me right off the bat. She seemed very flustered. I had questions about thresholds and expenses and she said "I don't do taxes and there's no one here who does." So... What do you guys do here then? It seems poorly managed and messy. I left feeling more worried and with more questions that I'm not sure will be answered. I will be going elsewhere in the future.
