The employee I spoke to was short and snippy with me right off the bat. She seemed very flustered. I had questions about thresholds and expenses and she said "I don't do taxes and there's no one here who does." So... What do you guys do here then? It seems poorly managed and messy. I left feeling more worried and with more questions that I'm not sure will be answered. I will be going elsewhere in the future.
Wow. I can’t believe this place has good reviews. Awful rude staff leaving your taxes until the last day (brought them 2.5 weeks ago). They did nothing that I asked them to, didn’t claim the correct credits at all. I paid $80 for the exact same thing I could have gotten for free on wealth simple. Save your money and time!!
