I initially posted a 2-star review due to issues with my order of perfume samples, which arrived in a soft package with one sample broken, another leaking, and one empty, resulting in a minor injury from broken glass. However, I’m updating my review to reflect the exceptional efforts of Albert and Didier at Monc XIII to make things right. I ordered a set of sample perfumes from Monc XIII, and while the fragrances themselves smelled wonderful, the shipping experience was highly disappointing. The samples were shipped via UPS in a soft package, which was inadequate for glass vials. One sample arrived broken, another leaked, and there was broken glass in the package that I was unaware of, resulting in a cut while opening it. Only two of the four samples were usable. First class service and bespoke recommendations. Michelle has excellent knowledge when it comes to scents and perfumes and the shop is full of the most wonderful and unique smells from across the world.
