Made a huge mistake hiring Mona to form an LLC. LLC application was submitted without even verifying if that name was available, which obviously was NOT available, so we picked a different name, and then the EIN number was generated without LLC approval. So now we have EIN Number to a company that DOES NOT EXIST and LLC she helped form DOES NOT HAVE EIN number. $700 paid to create a mess and now I am putting in more money and hiring a better company to sort this mess which is Dissolving the LLC because who knows what other e... read more

We called in advance to let them know we wanted to make a title change. When we got to the property it was a quaint pink building but there is a gate around it and rust all over the gate and overgrown vines. A sign that says "Keep Out" on the fence. On the fence was a sign saying it was closed until further notice. I understand things happen, but at least a call or notice would be professional.
