I have been going to Monarch Wellness for over 18 years, every two weeks. I had lower back surgery, my surgeon prescribed massage therapy to assist in my recovery. Besides the lower back, I have tight shoulder and upper back and right arm issues from desk work. Pressure is firm but never painful, and Erica focused exactly where needed.
I suffer from bad back pain. My visits to Monarch Wellness when my back is hurting is tremendously helpful in restoring range of movement and general function.
Care taylored to your needs. Erica is always helpful when addressing any specific pains/issues I may be having. I love the hot stones and how much they help my back.
