Terrible experience stay far away from this place. I placed a 500 plus dollar order and they my order away to the wrong person. I spoke with the manager Liz took zero accountability despite me calling the day before to make sure the number they were supposed to call was mine. The customer service is just terrible from top to bottom. Definitely avoid this place these high schools need to use other companies with better customer service.
Price gouging!! Monarch takes advantage of the fact that hundreds of students have to take their senior portrait with them and then charges families extrobitant prices to buy their child's portrait. One single 8 x 10 is $89!!!!! (Plus taxes, a sitting fee, and gas for 2 trips to Cam because they make you come back to view). Many families in VC can pay these prices, but there are SO many who can't. *Latest Update - I called Monarch today after multiple discussions with my family and their persistence to have these photos. (I must say the photographer really did an amazing job with the portrait session originally!) So I followed up with Liz today on the phone and even after I dropped the communication ball, (I let months go by unintentionally), she remembered our previous interactions and was quick to pick up where we left off.
