The staff at this place is terrible. The receptionist is despotic and rude. I gave them 2 stars because the photographer was kind and helped me correct the receptionist's mistake.

I really recommend Monarch Photography to be your photographers. The day I went there to take my senior photos they were kind and respectful.
I've been going to this place since 2018 when our kids attended public school. In 2020 we started homeschooling but would still go there for school pictures. They would honor the prices from before. Then suddenly they doubled the price for us, saying they now cannot honor it. No reason given. I am very disappointed. No descent help at all. Just a too bad, so sorry attitude. Such a disappointment.
