They were extremely rude to my son and I and now I wont be giving them our money which leaves us with no senior portraits. I would have gladly paid the overpriced fees, but service is supposed to mean something and I should not leave crying because you wont answer my questions or when you do you treat me like an idiot. I find this VERY upsetting considering this is supposed to be a big moment in one's coming of age...... Thank you for ruining that for us!
Overpriced, with extremely rude and dismissive employees. Couldn't be bothered to answer questions regarding prices and we frustratingly folded and walked away. Now we'll have no senior photos to keep and the special moment was ruined. Completely disappointed
I want to provide feed back on my experience with Monarch. Everything went smoothly with my daughter’s senior photo shoot. They were so friendly and supportive while her photos were being taken she also did photos in her cheer uniform the photographer and another employee helped with different backgrounds gi didn’t get their names) but it was a great experience.Then we had help with proofs and purchasing our package. I called a couple times with questions and Liz was amazing. I highly recommend Monarch.
The graduation pictures were pricey, but the end product looked great. The photographers and staff were nice and welcoming.
