*Latest Update - I called Monarch today after multiple discussions with my family and their persistence to have these photos. Had to schedule a mini session last minute and they were super helpful. Got an appointment the next day. They were super efficient but we didn't feel rushed. Super professional, I can see why they're THE choice for graduation pictures

***Update - Monarch DID reach out and they are currently trying to make things better regarding our experience, which I do appreciate and want to make sure I acknowledge, and the photographer was great! Will update soon*** They were extremely rude to my son and I and now I wont be giving them our money which leaves us with no senior portraits. My son has been a VUSD student since TK. We’ve experienced several photography studios throughout elementary, middle and high school. Monarch is by far our favorite! Everyone who works at Monarch is courteous and professional; they’re quick and efficient and always ready to help students look their best on picture day.
