I came in to get my Botox and lip filler done by Dr. Akbari, and I absolutely loved my results! Everything looks so natural and exactly how I asked for it. Dr. Akbari was super professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Monarch MD to all my friends!
I came to this clinic because I have scalp inflammation and hair loss. Their website looked very professional and mentioned a “Vancouver's most advanced hair and scalp analysis.” that measures over 100 hair variables but in reality, there was no such analysis at all. The doctor just looked at my scalp through a small dermatoscope, no computer screen, no data, no report. They told me that the one with analysis costs more but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere on their website and they didn’t offer it either during an appointment. W... read more
Misleading photo of advertisement trichoscopy (hair analysis) on their website: there won’t be computer vision with analysis of anagen/telogen ratio, thickness, number of hairs, hairs per cm^3, so even a quote from their website “We measure over 100 variables to help you achieve your dream hair.” is not actually true even if you add bloodwork. I’ve seen Vanessa for microneedling and IPL and Dr. Akbari for botox. They are both wonderful - they listen to my concerns and are just lovely. The clinic is clean and I trust I’m well taken care of.
