We paid them full contract amount, about 40k dollars. They closed just 15% of our debts, and asked more and more money. Stay away from this scam. Terrible.
SCAMMERS. FRAUD! I enrolled in the debt repayment plan and they scammed $6k from me before I realized what they did. They cut you off from your creditors and take monthly payments from you. They don't pay the creditors, they make it look to the creditors like you just stopped paying. I didn't realize what they did until one of my creditors sued me for nonpayment. I had to file Chapter 13 because all my debt was tripled from a year of nonpayment with fees and interest just compounding all that time.
Deposited 20k over a 4year plan They took 11.2k in fees. 7k in debt settlements. They were quick to take their cut first before starting to settle some debts.
