I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and inappropriate treatment I received from Dr. Lara Armstrong. I have made multiple attempts to follow up regarding my treatments, only to be met with weeks of silence. When I finally received a response about getting a B12 shot, I was told I would have to wait for a follow-up appointment—scheduled a month away—before being allowed the shot, despite being long overdue. Every time I come here, I am grateful I found this amazing doctor and her incredible staff. I think it's been 14 years of great care and a warm, welcoming environment. Would strongly recommend this clinic..but book in advance as they deliver personal quality care rather than a revolving door!
