We’ve had an wonderful experience with Monarch Therapy. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, focused, caring, and enthusiastic. They always turn each activity into purposeful, targeted progress. Over the last 6 months of attending OT here, our child’s gross and fine motor skills have improved, along with his ability to self-regulate and most strikingly his ability to express himself when he's overwhelmed instead of shutting down. If I could rate this place with more than 5 stars, I 100% would. Both of my children have been seen my multiple of the ladies at Monarch for almost 2 years. My daughter was seen for feeding therapy with Vanessa and occupational therapy with Gina and Rachel. They not only care about the children but they inform the parents in ways that you understand instead of being unsure of what is being said with all the big professional terms and descriptions. Highly recommend monarch kids therapy! We’ve had the pleasure of working with monarch for a year now and can’t say enough good things about the staff. Davis at the front desk is absolutely amazing, she’s incredibly helpful and so sweet. You can tell she really cares about all the kids that come through the door. My son has had soooo much progress in his speech since working with Vanessa. She’s super knowledgeable and really involves the parents in the child’s treatment. Gina is amazing! She is very caring, thoughtful, and skilled. She tailored her plan of care to what my child needed. This is a wonderful place. Well organized and good communication.

My daughter started here in 2021 and it was the best experience I could have asked for. My daughter fell in love with everyone. Miss Gina, Miss Elynn, Miss Vanessa, Miss Serli, Miss Janelle, Miss Clair, Miss Meagan, and Miss Davis. The entire staff was wonderful. So patient, professional, flexible, and they really do care. If not for my retirement from active duty, we would have stayed with them, but our original home is actually across country. My daughter has level 3 ASD and was seen for Speech, Feeding, and OT.
