I went to Monarch Cosmetic MD for Kybella on my double chin, and I’m so happy I did. The office is super clean and cozy, and it has a calming vibe that made me feel comfortable right away. Patty was amazing—she explained everything clearly, was very professional, and made the whole thing way less scary than I expected. The rest of the staff were also really friendly and welcoming. I have to leave a 1 star. Patti left me with at least 15 scars all over my body. Burnt and ruined several of my tattoos. We had an agreed price on the laser session, and they kept raising the rates. I've completed 15 laser sessions and I have so much hair in spots everywhere. Although the staff is very kind and nice, I have worse issues than I did when I began at monarch.
I had a v beam treatment done for redness and little spider veins on my face here about a year ago. At first, my skin really reacted to the treatment and my face swelled for about 5 days also. Once these symptoms, which can be expected in some people, settled down, I could see the treatment worked very well. I had it done once elsewhere with less reaction, but also much less significant results! I would do this treatment again at this office and recommend it.
Patty is truly amazing. Every time I visit, she provides more value than I expect. She genuinely cares, takes the time to understand what’s going on, and goes above and beyond to help. She played a huge role in improving my skin and helping with my acne — something I’ve struggled with for a long time. Highly recommend!
