I visited Monarch Coins to sell several small silver coins. I was humiliated and felt like a criminal just getting to the main counter. The clerk looked at my items, closed the coin book, and shoved it back under the glass to me. He stated that they are not worth buying as they are too few and not worth our time. That was rude, unprofessional, and very demeaning. What is wrong with these people.?? I just left. Don't do business here. I know I will never return.
