Love this gym! Finally, a place where i can achieve my fitness goal. I do have one gripe...the towels they provide are really thin and low quality. They dont fit the 5 star customer experience the club provides. I hope they do something about this. Other than that...all good.

Hey, I did a month membership in this gym, it’s a really good gym in terms of cleanliness, equipments and overall vibe. The management is great but the only overall issue I had was with the coaches, although I did choose the package without personal training, some of the personal trainers were treating me without respect. Julio, Caitlin and drew, were these trainers. Julio would always come and disrupt my workouts, and tell me to train a certain way or tell me to use less space in the gym when the whole gym is spread out and... read more

Monarch is an amazing gym and physical therapy experience, particularly with Dr. Mariel Schofield. After about a year of physical therapy with her for ACL recovery, my leg and body are completely different, and I’m able to do some activities with ease that were once difficult or impossible. She pushes you hard but understands your limits and maximizes the workout. I wouldn’t be where I am in my ACL recovery without her. The whole Monarch staff is also great and really makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
