Scheduled and paid for a consultation with Anne. Her receptionist was very kind. Get a call a week later asking if we were able to reschedule, not a problem. The appointment was a scheduled phone call in which my husband had to request off of work because of her lack of availability. 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment and we still didn’t get a call.
