We spent 2yrs providing all information as best as possible that was required only to receive letter that proof for claim was not sufficient. Knowing earlier would have avoided sleepless nights and impact on our health. Other firms gave us answers within a month. No research as far as we know from their end. Instead a four page letter stating we did not provide information to help make them money. Fair enough but a waste of 2yrs and when caring for 2 ill people, emotionally exhausting.
hi all i am a workplace injured workers i have rang up this place twice for help.I have spoken with megh a lawyer who works there; i found her one of the rudest lawyers on this planet at the moment. By recalling the memories of speaking with her twice i just get my PTSD back, so thats how bad it was. My advice for all the injured workers find someone who cares about you and not get more emotionally drain by these kind of lawyers.
