My grandma has been a resident of this facility for 2 years now during covid times. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They have been on top with their infection protocol and are timely on any updates on covid outbreaks and any changes that the family need to know about. My family and I have been very happy with Mon Sheong. Thank you for your services
We moved my grandma out of here and it was a nightmare. The staff inconvenienced us at literally every opportunity: The elevator on service wasn't reserved though they made us move on a weekday for the elevator!! We had to take vacation from work for nothing! They demanded us to move the truck in the middle of our move, they made members of our family leave to check-in with security (who was really rude...he treated us like we were here to rob the place). We had a terrible experience. I highly do not recommend.
