我的 「阿姨」住在這裡: Markham Mon Sheong Court 1 Sun Yat-Sen AvenueMarkham L3R 5K9 Phone: 905-305-8178 的其中一個套房。她套房裡的水龍頭有故障，通知了管理處，管理處曾派人維修，但是，這位師父沒有能力處理這個任務，管理處亦不了了知。 已經過了幾天，這幾天裡，我的「阿姨」沒有辦法在家裡烹食。 我的「阿姨」就是因為年老，沒有氣力打理自己的大屋 (house) ，才選擇搬到這個老人大厦，我們一班子孫、親人和朋友，亦期望這裡的管理人員會為她打理好居住環境。 管理費已經很昂貴，管理服務卻過不得人，過不得自己。 上屋搬下屋，不見一籮谷。管理費已經付出了，究竟是管理處要檢討自己和糾正錯誤，還是我的「阿姨」要搬走 ? Shoddy and selfish management, no accountability to its elderly residents. Central air conditioning system has been down for over 4 weeks during a period of peak summer heat, impacting all residents in its 3 towers with temperatures in some units exceeding 30 degrees. Meanwhile the management office's air conditioning is working uninterrupted.
