Closed at 4pm but turned us away at 2pm but welcomed in a group of 6 people right after turning us away…

went in to have a tire replaced had tire replaced and on way home had a bolt fall off the bike called them to inform and was told either the service manager or the gm would get back to me and never received the call (5 days ) …. after looking at the bike i found an additional 2 bolts that were loose …. i guess they were to busy not only to busy to call a customer but they were to busy to tighten all the bolts …. if you value your safety i would not have service done there

Sucks doesn't even begin to describe this place! I called needing to borrow a tool for 3min in the parking lot to make an adjustment on my machine. I even offered to pay for the use of the tool. I was told I needed to make an appointment to have a tech do the work. Well, if your parts dept had the tool in stock, i would have bought it. However, requiring me to pay you for an hour to do what would take me 3 min and I was willing to pay for the use of the tool is ridiculous.
