A great investment in my health! I have been struggling to lose my last 10 # and the more I exercised, the further away from my goal I got (creeped up to 15#). The body analysis was very helpful for me to get a visual. Dr Whirley-Diaz helped me to identify some tweaking that I could do in my nutrition that I had overlooked and I lost 1.5# the first day!
