Catherine was amazing. She explained everything really well and confirmed I understood. She is very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and shares her knowledge at a level that makes sense. She will definitely be my go to and I’ll be referring many friends and family her way. This is now my second injury I am having treated at Momentum. Both times I have been extremally impressed with the knowledge and care I have received from the physio. I am currently seeing Taylor and he has been wonderful. He was able to diagnose my injury and give me stretches and strength exercises to aid in my recovery which in turn gave me some much needed hope.
