Please be cautious about using this home loan group. I had a very long and pointless time spent with Brian who is "loan Originator" that led to nothing. Good thing i had looked into other home loan companies that really worked hard for my business. I cannot give this company a good review since I have been strung a long to nothingness. This is the second time that I’ve used Momentum Loans for my home buying needs. Brian V never ceases to amaze me with the level of dedication he has given me and my family throughout the loan process. Brian is very knowledgeable about everything pertaining to his career and will explain anything of concern or curiosity in a way that can be understood. Hopefully I won’t have to buy another home, but if I do Momentum loans will be my lender as long as Brian still works there.
While it started a little rocky, we are due to close tomorrow and the team did a tremendous job. James and Tracy were super-responsive and addressed everything we needed. Thanks to them for pushing us over the finish line!
