We had our daughters newborn pictures taken by Jessica and she did a great job during the in home session. Then she welcomed us into her home to pick out and help us order some pictures. After we paid, we were told it would be no later than two weeks and we would have our products (which included birth announcements). I did not have my pictures taken by Jessica she posted on FB on how you can get choosen for a free photoshoot she contacted me said my girls were choosen... I went off to buy outfits for my girls and scheduled with her... she canceled on me over and over again... then she said she would get back to me to reschedule she never did....very upsetting! Definitely do not recommend if she is already providing bad customer service before the photoshoot that never happend... I would give her 0 stars in my opinion...

The only positive thing I can say about this experience is that she was cheap. Jessica was always super hard to get ahold of and the photos turned out alright. I paid for her "makeup and hair" package only to find out that a 20 year old girl, with no experience, comes in to do it. I could have done my own makeup and hair better for free! The pictures turned out fine some were super low quality when printed but you get what you paid for I guess.
