I had a situation here where the scale guy messed up on my wire that I brought in. They put the wrong thing in the system and I got barely any money for it, something didn’t seem right so I left a bad 1 star review. Abraham the owner reached out to me about the situation and helped solve the problem that happened and gave me what I was actually was supposed to get plus more. Waited 30 minutes while the car in front of me unloaded an eight hour workday. Weighed in a 36 pnd muffler stainless steel/aluminum, ticket was faded and could barely be read. Had no idea what it was worth until I waited another 10 minutes at a trailer with the most enthusiastic employee to be handed a whole three dollars. Would’ve been better off leaving it curbside instead of wasting my time with them, glad I didn't get a flat tire while driving through there, that would’ve made it even better.
