Update as of 6/5. Jess has contacted me and filled me on the situation. We received our photos and couldn't be happier. Yes we got our photos but im sk happy to hear Jess is on the mend. I'm updating my review only because I'm very concerned and can't get ahold of Jess. We had Christmas family photos taken early December 2024. I've tried all the channels to reach Jess and haven't heard back or received my photos. This is very unlike all my past experiences with Jess. Jess please respond!!! Jess works well with little children and takes great photos but doesn’t have the best communication. I’ve had her take my daughter’s pictures for her milestones and the 12 months of fun. On multiples occasions she has ignored my messages and emails and does not keep her clients updated. I have been texting and emailing her regarding my daughter’s 9 month pictures and it’s almost been 2 months since they were taken and have yet to get them back….
