I have never in my life experienced such TERRIBLE service. The sales person was fabulous in Sydney back in August 2025 and sold us a table and 8 chairs, manufactured to order and shipped/delivered within 3 months. In Jan 2026, we were informed by email that our shipment was delayed but would be delivered once it arrived. It's now 1 May. We keep receiving emails that I would have my furniture soon but then nothing happens. I've emailed, called and messaged multiple times to no avail.
