Molly is a listed notary on file with BC, but is refusing to notarize my criminal record check because she wants to charge me $350 to walk to the post office to send it in herself, and is asking me to talk to other notaries. Notaries have an obligation to notarize single documents, and the cost should be ~$30 to do this. So mad!!! Second time to do custodian Declaration with Molly Xia. When I made the reservation, no one reminded me to bring picture ID. Rushed there during my short break from work as I know it’s really quick process from last time experience, and didn’t thought about picture ID. When I went in, she said I have to have the physical ID otherwise cannot do it!
