Molly is the worst Public Notary I have ever experienced, a scammer in my opinion. I was buying a condo in Vancouver. The night before my closing date, she brought up a topic of home empty tax By-law. She told me if the seller made false declaration to the city, I will be financially responsible to pay the tax as the new owner. She recommended me to purchase a title insurance to cover that risk. She can arrange the insurance for me but charging a commission on that (the commission is 67% of the cost of the title insurance by... read more
