So mad!!! Second time to do custodian Declaration with Molly Xia. When I made the reservation, no one reminded me to bring picture ID. Rushed there during my short break from work as I know it’s really quick process from last time experience, and didn’t thought about picture ID. When I went in, she said I have to have the physical ID otherwise cannot do it!
