I went in with a lot of pain, the pain has eased up. The knots were many and we still have work todo! She was the first person in 6 years to tell me that my body was still in fight or flight mode from stress. I am looking forward to this being a healing part of my journey to getting back to me.

Hands down the best massage I have ever gotten! She worked out so many tight spots in my back and neck that have been there for so long. Super relaxing, I’m positive I dosed off more than once. I will most definitely be going back.
