A staff at the counter that don’t know anything, I show him my Molly Fantsy apps with credit inside and ask to purchase my lost card, he said I don’t know. I ask him how to use credit in apps, he said I don’t know. Ask my use cash to buy a new card. What’s the purpose of putting this staff there?

saya nk bg Molly business tapi customer service mcm tak urgent je nak attend i...i emailed to inquiry in june 2026 but until today no feedback from them. i called once to follow-up suprisingly the customer service said "i don't know to pass to who your inquiry ms"common sense la dik/kak attend customer ko bg je la kt marketing /sales ape yg susah sgt..lepastu aku dr shah alam dtg setia alam pon staff kau ckp taktawu....your service very bad which i believe the games also bad..

An indoor plyground, especially one catering to babies & toddlers under 1 year old, should be a safe, comfortable, and clean environment. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. To Molly Fantasy, please take better care of this facility, as parents are paying for their children to enjoy a proper play environment. The playground was dirty, dusty, & poorly maintained, which is unacceptable and unsuitable for young children.

I only come here to play MaiMai, and my review is about this cabinet specifically. I also believe that I am speaking on behalf of the maimai community that plays here. Firstly, the location of the Maimai cabinet is very bad, as a game that requires intense physical movement, this cabinet should be put under the air conditioner.
