I came at 9:54am to play then a girl with a hijab told me that it will open at 10am so I waited, then I came back at 10:03am, a guy told me that they open at 10:15am. This is absurd. If you Google it, it opens at 10:00am. What kind of service is this? The store should display that it opens at 10:15am. Very unprofessional

A staff at the counter that don’t know anything, I show him my Molly Fantsy apps with credit inside and ask to purchase my lost card, he said I don’t know. I ask him how to use credit in apps, he said I don’t know. Ask my use cash to buy a new card. What’s the purpose of putting this staff there?

An indoor plyground, especially one catering to babies & toddlers under 1 year old, should be a safe, comfortable, and clean environment. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. To Molly Fantasy, please take better care of this facility, as parents are paying for their children to enjoy a proper play environment. The playground was dirty, dusty, & poorly maintained, which is unacceptable and unsuitable for young children.
