DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR MAYFLOWER ALL TOGETHER! The absolute, worst customer service I have ever experienced from start to finish, it was a disaster. Our moving estimator did not communicate with us, and explain all of the moving parts to a cross country move from NJ to TX. The moving coordinator from Molloy, that we worked with, also failed at her job. I was sold on the Mayflower reputation, but it's the same quality as the low price alternatives. I worked hard during the move then the movers assigned to the job.
Items were lost and broken. I would not use this company to move anything of mine again
