Very expensive, and seems to be going downhill. Moving coordinator? I did her job, connecting everyone, reminding her to send the COI, confirming times, etc. Packers? Arrived 3 hours late, due to "mechanical issues" or "bad traffic", depending on who you ask. And the movers ran out of boxes, despite us packing 30 or so on our own. So, the estimate for how many boxes we'd need... way off. This is our second time using them, and will be our last. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR MAYFLOWER ALL TOGETHER! The absolute, worst customer service I have ever experienced from start to finish, it was a disaster. Our moving estimator did not communicate with us, and explain all of the moving parts to a cross country move from NJ to TX. The moving coordinator from Molloy, that we worked with, also failed at her job. I was sold on the Mayflower reputation, but it's the same quality as the low price alternatives. I worked hard during the move then the movers assigned to the job.
