I had my first appointment at Molescope today and from being met by the receptionist and appointment with the Dr everything was perfect. They were very professional and friendly. When it came to having a whole body checked, I felt comfortable and respected. Questions asked to make sure I was okay. Then the security of those pictures were the best I have come across. Not happy with the customer service I have received today in Hull Road Centre.
Dr Maged Boules diagnosed correctly a skin cancer on my forehead and removed the lesion, which required a 4cm cut. Having had the 9 stitches removed a week ago, the resultant scar is almost invisible. The entire process from diagnosis to removal of stitches was in my view conducted in the utmost professional and caring manner.
