Lauren gave a very precise explanation of options and treatment. Also the follow-up procedures were well explained. The major thing was of course the the actual skin check which was very professional and thorough.
Lauren is a passionate and highly knowledgeable skin health professional. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and was non-judgmental when I shared my past sunburn history. She was thorough in the skin check process and provided valuable education on sun protection and skin cancer prevention. The technology used was impressive, and I appreciated the detailed report. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking to better understand skin health!
