Craig did a SkinCheck+ for me on Monday and he was so efficient and kind as I had turned up on the wrong day for my appointment. He kindly slotted me in and made sure I was looked after. Thankyou so much Craig!!
Terrible they cancelled appointment twice 2 hours prior to booking
Follow up customer service and after care from a mole excision was woeful, had to chase Molemap for weeks after the procedure for the report and their call centre doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. You’d be better off seeing a dermatologist directly, wouldn’t recommend this company.
The actual consultation was great. However, trying to contact them for the report five, six, and seven times greatly unappreciated. Phones unanswered emails not returned. I'd really appreciate the report. I even went in to where I had the molemap. Still no joy.
