They are a sales company, not reputable at all. When I called to book I had a choice of a basic skin check for $150 that may or may not help me identify a cancer risk, or a $350 comprehensive check, that would save my life. Please spare me the ridiculous upsell!!
Travelled 3 hours from the country, took a day off work, only to have my appointment cancelled due to "IT issues". Wouldn't even honour the original appointment with technician because "we rely on our computers to process the information". Reschedule date was +1 month because we are "very busy". I was perplexed at this answer given the tech could have at least looked at or photographed the moles and uploaded the images at a later date. Very disappointing.
