Craniosacral therapy did the trick. Relieved me of a series of back to back migraines when nothing else worked. It stilled and settled me and my symptoms in an unexpected way.
Cannot rate Jo/Mojotherapy highly enough. Has settled my tmj issues after a couple of sessions and my longstanding migraines are responding to her craniosacral work and gentle, knowledgeable nervous system calming. Really compassionate and caring therapist and very skilled.
Absolutely amazing experience! I went in with really bad shoulder pain and after just one session, the difference was incredible. I honestly couldn’t believe how much better my shoulder felt — it was like magic! The massage was targeted, professional and exactly what I needed. I’m so impressed with the results and would definitely recommend Jo!!
Jo is really lovely and accommodating. I had a really lovely massage with dry needling. Will definitely be back
