Jo has a great work ethic. Her service have transformed my issues, her experience & depth of knowledge is greater than the many specialists I have previously sought assistance from. Jo is working on a mix of massage, cupping, acupuncture & stretch to assist in gaining my full mobility in full body & emphasis on jaw & hips. I was struggling with a persistent shoulder injury for about 6 months prior to meeting Jo. This saw a decrease in strength and flexibility. However, after working with Jo, my shoulder is back to 100%!
Jo is so good at identifying problem areas and giving you relief straight away. I was always a bit scared of needling but she makes you feel very relaxed and is an absolute pro at it ✨
Initially with the long wait to see Jo I started with the new therapist Lauren, her work is outstanding and really helped me with tension getting mobility back my neck and shoulders. Better outcome than I'd hoped and have been returning ever since. Hadn't visited the same therapist more than once before now. Highly recommend.
I usually see Jo, however decided to see Lauren as I was having shooting pain so needed to see someone urgently. I have been having serious elbow and back pain from weight lifting and neck aches from my office job and she’s been great at alleviating the tension in a precise and controlled way. Always checking in on pressure and whether I’m comfortable, happy to recommend!
