I have seen Lauren twice now for quite specific pain and both times she has given me immense relief. Her curiosity and knowledge to find the actual problem areas and her strength to relieve them are incredible. I walk out of a session with Lauren with immediate pain relief and I am so grateful!
Lauren is excellent! After just two massages with her my body feels better and stronger than it has in three years! I have hypermobility and fibromyalgia and have had remedial massage for years. Lauren released and unlocked my back and ribs so well that I felt like a new person in Pilates the next day, able to move in ways I haven't been able to in ages. I was struggling with a persistent shoulder injury for about 6 months prior to meeting Jo. This saw a decrease in strength and flexibility. However, after working with Jo, my shoulder is back to 100%!
Jo is so good at identifying problem areas and giving you relief straight away. I was always a bit scared of needling but she makes you feel very relaxed and is an absolute pro at it ✨
