Went to see Jo for TMJ pain and grinding. After one session she relieved sooo much tension in my jaw and neck and gave me strategies to manage it myself. Will definitely book again for future problems and highly recommend!
I’ve had a recurring lower back pain which may be from dancing and long periods of sitting for work. I’ve seen physios for this issue and still had residing niggles and 15 minutes with Jo alleviated it through her specific soft tissue work. I had a recent flare up and again she helped in 1 session restore my rotation range of movement pain free. I’m wary of needles but she was great with dry needling I hardly felt anything. Highly recommend for efficiency, efficacy and value.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I booked Jo for an ongoing issue in my jaw, she ended up picking up on other areas that were linked and I was also struggling with. I left feeling incredible, and have had a sense of relief since. Will most certainly be back. Thank you Jo!
