It's rare for me to leave a review, good or bad, but Jo is an exceptional practitioner. After seeing a different physio for months and spending well over $1000, I realised they were focused on alleviating symptoms instead of fixing the root cause. Highly recommend Jo! She brings instant relief to my long-standing jaw issues. I also appreciate that she promotes effective self-management techniques. When I mentioned my occasional sinus concerns, Jo performed a lymphatic drainage massage that noticeably helped me breathe better. Definitely worth a visit!
I have seen Lauren twice now for quite specific pain and both times she has given me immense relief. Her curiosity and knowledge to find the actual problem areas and her strength to relieve them are incredible. I walk out of a session with Lauren with immediate pain relief and I am so grateful!
Lauren is excellent! After just two massages with her my body feels better and stronger than it has in three years! I have hypermobility and fibromyalgia and have had remedial massage for years. Lauren released and unlocked my back and ribs so well that I felt like a new person in Pilates the next day, able to move in ways I haven't been able to in ages.
