Jo is a great therapist and particularly good with dry needling.
It's rare for me to leave a review, good or bad, but Jo is an exceptional practitioner. After seeing a different physio for months and spending well over $1000, I realised they were focused on alleviating symptoms instead of fixing the root cause. Highly recommend Jo! She brings instant relief to my long-standing jaw issues. I also appreciate that she promotes effective self-management techniques. When I mentioned my occasional sinus concerns, Jo performed a lymphatic drainage massage that noticeably helped me breathe better. Definitely worth a visit!
I have seen Lauren twice now for quite specific pain and both times she has given me immense relief. Her curiosity and knowledge to find the actual problem areas and her strength to relieve them are incredible. I walk out of a session with Lauren with immediate pain relief and I am so grateful!
