If I had a scheduled appointment for 9am this morning and it’s now 9:15… and your store is still not open… you guys need to re-evaluate your business practices. Will not be coming back to this location. Super unprofessional not to mention a waste of my time. I just watched your opener come in 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment to open the business which should open at 9am. I better NOT get charged. I’m leaving and going home.
