Peyton was a great PT. She was helpful, made it easy and made me feel comfortable while I was pregnant and afterwards.
I had a wonderful experience with my therapist! Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the receptionists and billing department. The first time I visited, they informed me that they accepted my insurance and that my co-payment would be $20. However, after several visits, they informed me that I would pay that amount only after meeting my deductible, and that I actually owed them a large sum of money. I see provider Susan Rook and she is amazing! Extremely gentle, understanding, and timely, my visits have always gone smoothly and comfortably even in the circumstances. The office is nice, clean, and quiet, and the receptionist is always a joy as well. I would definitely recommend this practice!
