Staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are no directions once you enter the facility. Either delivery or pick up, follow sign for delivery into plant.
My “waterproof” laminate floors are complete garbage and they will not honor their 10 year warranty.
Do not come early. They will not let you in until 7:30am The second entrance is for trucks, not the first entrance off of Georgia 100.
